Any family that’s been to Walt Disney World can attest to the fact that it’s essentially impossible to ride everything there in a single day, but Kenny and Jordyn were determined to make it happen. And we aren’t talking about just the Magic Kingdom park, we’re talking about all FOUR theme parks within the Orlando resort! In case you didn’t know, that’s 47 rides total.
They started their seemingly-impossible task at 5:30 am on December 6, bound to get an early start. They were among the first to get into Animal Kingdom at 6:30 and were in line for the Flight of Passage ride in the Avatar land at 7:45.
From there they chronicled their day through the other three parks until they ended at the gorgeous Magic Kingdom. They rode every attraction in the parks from EPCOT’s Test Track to the Magic Kingdom’s Winnie the Pooh ride. It wasn’t until 12:35 am — 17 hours after they began — that they exhaustively but proudly snapped a photo in front of the castle having completed their task.
Their achievement was accomplished using Disney’s FastPass option as well as using an app that Kenny created himself called Character Locator. The app essentially acts as an automated tour guide, providing wait times and character locations and helping park goers create a thorough schedule to best optimize their time in the parks. Clearly the app works quite well!
