When 2-year-old Caylee Anthony disappeared from her family’s three bedroom home in June 2008, all of Florida waited on pins and needles to hear word on the whereabouts of the child.
For 7 months officers searched for the child until they uncovered her remains in the woods only a few hundred feet from her home. Caylee’s mother, Casey Anthony was charged with murder but was acquitted.
During an interview on an episode of Crime Watch Daily, George, Casey’s father, said that Caylee has visited him since her death and his wife Cindy says she believes him.
“I’ve seen her in the flesh in my house,” George said. “One time she woke me up in the morning just tapping on me with her little finger like she used to do.”
When Hanson interrupted to ask if it was a dream, George reassured him it was not.
“It was like you and I are talking right now,” George insisted. “That’s not an imagination. That’s love, and that’s a connection that I wish more people could have.”
